據研究顯示,自殺死亡者在自殺身亡前7天內不限精神科別就醫的比例皆在60省錢方法網路熱銷商品%左右。圖/聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 研究發現,自殺身亡者高達6成以上,在決定自殺前7天曾赴醫院就診,就診科別不限精神科;其中65歲以上老人,決定自殺前1個月內,赴醫院診所就診的比率將近9成。專家呼籲,若能在醫療第一線能設下防線,也許能阻擋更多憾事發生。國內自殺死亡率逐年攀升,根據衛福部公布106年的國人死因,自殺身亡名列第11位,自殺死亡人數與105年相比增加16.4%,男性多於女性。. } }); } 研究發現,自殺身亡者多達6成以上,於輕生前7天曾赴醫院就診。台灣自殺防治學會理事吳佳儀說,面對久病厭世、長流行購買期照顧他人禮物網路購物的照顧者,長期心理不適,而導致生理出現類似生病的反應,比率相當高。吳佳儀說,曾66歲男子,因妻子罹癌,他因照顧壓力而失眠,求助醫師,定期服用藥物改善症狀。但幾年後,妻子過世,他受不了壓力,加上並未規律服藥,讓他再度失眠。心理影響生理不適,讓他動了輕生念頭;某天兒媳返家,撞見李姓男子意圖輕生,即時挽救才沒有發生憾事。吳佳儀說,許多意圖輕生高風險族群,若第一線醫療人員能主動建立關係並評估狀況,及時轉介精神衛生門診,有助於降低憾事發生。衛福部心口司司長諶立中指出,我國20年前開始提倡家醫科醫師及開業醫師納入自殺防治範疇,民國9最近流行商品產品0年左右自殺率高峰,醫界普遍警覺性高。但隨著國內自殺率下降,相關觀念開始被忽視。吳佳儀呼籲,自殺防治不僅是精神科醫師的責任,所有第一線醫療人員都是守門人,掌握「1問2應3轉介」主動關懷傾聽、適當回應支持及轉介精神衛生專業。 自殺,不能解決難題;求助,才是最好的路。求救請打1995 ( 要救救我 )


南、高、屏高溫警報 下周有鋒面將轉涼
高溫拉警報!氣象局14日針對15日中午前後台南市、高雄市、屏東縣發出高溫警報,高溫可能達36度以上。氣象專家彭啟明表示,下周一起鋒面南下,天氣才會轉涼;針對降雨情況,天氣風險公司總監賈新興指出,有待26日後觀察降雨情形,若達梅雨條件則表示夏季型天氣型提早來報到。氣象局指出受西南風影經典商品新上市響,全台各地及澎湖、金門、馬祖大多為多雲到晴,尤其15日中午前後台南市、高雄市、屏東縣可能出現36度以上高溫。氣象局指出,15日午後東半部和西半部山區有局部短暫雷陣雨。16日起西半部及東午後也有局部大雨。. } }); } 彭啟明表示,預計15.16日開始,午後陣雨會增多,尤其周末陣雨會越來越明顯。另外,下周一、二有鋒面雲系南下,這波結構在預測上不確定性很高,但預期是屬於快速移動的鋒面,不是典型的梅雨鋒面。彭啟明表示,鋒面過後將有幾天東北風的天氣明顯轉涼也降溫,和這幾天的夏季天氣有點差別。夏季型天氣提早報到了嗎?天氣風險公司總監賈新興表示,今年的梅雨開始的時間大致在5月4日至8日,5月20日台灣附近有一波鋒面,就看5月26日至6月5日這段時間的降雨情況,如果達到梅雨季條件,那麼夏季型的天氣型態就提早報到了。【更多精采內容,詳見】
